The ChemInfoNet offers a variety of workshops designed to provide school districts with the training required to meet current standards for the purchase, use and disposal of chemicals. Currently we are offering Training for Chemical Hygiene Officers (see: Syllabus: Chemical Hygiene Officer) during April and June of this year. This course is designed to train teachers to design and implement the OSHA Laboratory Standard. The course provides three credit hours from the University of Maine. The other workshops are designed to meet the individual needs of school districts. Please contact us to discuss tailoring a workshop to meet your needs.
